SXSW Interactive Festival
We had an inspired thought…
‘Imagine using our own product for our own benefit.’
So we built a stand at SXSW Interactive to attract and engage with our audience. Our OpenSign® stand at SXSW was just like a retail store in a shopping mall.
We used OpenSign® to understand how our customers engage with ‘our store’ to build a case study in best-practice, and to enable improvements based on insight during the SXSW event.
Our store design needed to attract and engage as well as needing to educate customers about the benefits of our product in a relevant way.
We were able to measure their level of interest in content using OpenSign® Analytics and also looked at customer movement in and around the store.
With the data gathered from this event we were able to make an informed case study around our product which you can see from some of the slides below.
